About us
Our story
The first notes of a theme song were enough to take us all back in front of the TV, snack on the table, dreaming of becoming heroes.
We decided to bring that feeling to the stage. The name Genkidama describes the energy collected from the band, the audience and thousands of memories coming back to life together.
Since then we have played over 100 shows across Italy at comic cons, festivals and outdoor stages, always waiting for the moment that matters most: the first notes, when the audience recognizes its song.

Frontman
Stefano Nuzzone
Singer and guitarist, he is the band’s frontman and founder. He produces most of the cover theme songs we bring to the stage.
Frontgirl
Carli Gorgoni
She joined the band in 2023. With a long experience as a singer and musical performer, she is the project’s frontgirl.
Guitarist / technician
Davide Zacchino
Guitarist, keyboard player and technical collaborator of the group. He is in charge of Genkidama’s sound and co-produces our cover theme songs.
Bass / synth
Simone Zacchino
Bass player and technical collaborator of the group. Davide’s brother, he switches between bass and synth during shows to recreate the original sound as closely as possible.
Drums
Diego Musardo
Diego is the drummer, the real driving force of the band. During live shows he also supports the singers with backing vocals.
